You’re the spouse of a servicemember, and you’re considering going to college (or going back to college). But how do you pay for it?

As it turns out, there are lots of ways to help pay the freight that won’t come out of your back pocket. Scholarships to help military spouses pay for school are all over the place…that is, if you know where to look.

Carol Froisy, the Program Director for the English, Communication, Literature, Art History, and Music departments at American Military University, not only knows where to look for “free money,” as she calls it, but a few tips on how to apply for it.
