About the Speaker

Dr. John Dolan is Program Director, Security and Global Studies at American Public University System. Dr. Dolan holds a Ph.D. and an M.Ed. in Education and Human Resource Studies from Colorado State University as well as an M.S.S. in Strategic Studies from the United States Army War College. His teaching interests include Intelligence Studies, National Security, Special Operations, Western Civilization, and European History.

Glynn Cosker is a Managing Editor at AMU Edge. In addition to his background in journalism, corporate writing, web and content development, Glynn served as Vice Consul in the Consular Section of the British Embassy located in Washington, D.C. Glynn is located in New England.
